Refund policy

We have a "All sales are final" policy, which means that a customer cannot return or exchange an item after purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a repair/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and within 10 days of purchase.

To start a repair/ exchange, first you must contact us at info@maraclose.com Please note that item will need to be sent to the following address: [P.O. Box 1220 Haleiwa, Hawaii 96712] 

If your repair/ exchange is accepted, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a repair/ refund will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be return or exchange, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
